Berryfruit Yoghourt Smoothie |

1 cup Jalna Berryfruit Low Fat Creamy Yoghourt 1 cup Jalna Strawberry or Wildberry Yoghourt On The Go 1 punnet strawberries or other berries in season (or frozen), leaves removed
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until well combined.
Notes: Fresh or frozen mixed berries could be substituted for strawberries. Enjoy with lemon & orange mini muffins for a filling snack when energy starts to flag.
