Creamy Marsala & Avocado Sauce |

Serves 4
1/3 cup marsala 3 teaspoons cornflour 2x185g tubs Jalna Reduced Sour Cream 1 teaspoon grain mustard 1 tablespoon fresh thyme 1 avocado, peeled and diced 2 green shallots, finely sliced
- Whisk cornflour and 1 tablespoon marsala until smooth.
- Combine remaining marsala, Jalna Reduced Sour Cream, mustard and thyme and cook over moderate heat until thickened.
- Stir in avocado and serve over chicken, fish or veal garnished with green shallots.
