Avocado & Sweet Chilli Cream |

Makes about 2 cups
2 avocados 1 cup Jalna Reduced Sour Cream 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce 2 teaspoons lime juice 2 green shallots, thinly sliced Pinch salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- Puree avocado flesh and combine with remaining ingredients. Serve chilled with vegetable sticks (eg. carrots, beans, zucchini and broccoli florets).
- Note: Use avocado cream as a sauce on cooked chicken or fish or as a salad dressing.
