  • Warm lamb salad - marinate lamb fillets in combined Jalna Natural or BioDynamic Organic Yoghourt and lemon juice for 30 minutes.  Chargrill or panfry and slice.  Combine more Jalna Yoghourt with diced cucLemon tarts with yoghourtumber, crushed garlic, mint and lemon juice.  Drizzle over warm lamb and rocket salad.

  • Whole fish or leg of lamb - combine Jalna Natural or BioDynamic Organic yoghourt with tarragon vinegar, fresh tarragon, crushed garlic and chopped onion.  Coat whole fish or lamb and marinate 30 minutes.  Bake in moderate oven.
