Add Jalna Premium Strawberry Creamy Yoghourt to lemon tarts for a tasty dessert.
- Marinate fresh fruit (eg. peaches, apricots, rockmelon, mango, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) in Cointreau for 15 minutes. Combine fruit with Jalna Premium Strawberry Creamy Yoghourt and serve garnished with toasted flaked almonds for a quick dessert.
- Spray halved peaches with oil and pan fry or grill. Combine fresh raspberries and Jalna Premium Vanilla or Honey Vanilla Creamy Yoghourt, spoon into each peach half and garnish with toasted almonds.

- Brush sheets of filo pastry with Jalna Yoghourt instead of oil.
- Add yoghourt at the end of cooking to prevent it curdling or combine yoghourt with a couple of teaspoons of cornflour or eggwhite to stop it separating during cooking. Alternatively, use Jalna Greek Style Natural Yoghourt or Jalna Whole Milk BioDynamic Organic Yoghourt which won’t separate in cooking.
