Taste the natural 'pot set' difference 

Have you tried real, natural yoghourt? Jalna yoghourts have always been made the traditional 'pot set' way, with all-natural ingredients like fresh dairy milk and ‘friendly’ aBc cultures, plus real fruit puree in our fruit varieties. We don’t add anything artificial - no cane sugar, artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours, preservatives or thickeners like gelatine which is used to achieve the ‘set’ in stirred yoghourts.

(‘Stirred’ yoghourts are made in a large vat and as it  ‘sets’ it is stirred so it breaks up and can then be put into individual containers. Gelatine is usually added to make it re-set in the smaller containers, but this means it is not as thick and creamy as Jalna yoghourt.)

Pure Creaminess

We are proud of the unique thick, smooth texture created by our natural process. It may take a little longer and need more careful handling, but you can taste – and see – the pure creamy goodness in every scoop of Jalna yoghourt. And we are committed to maintaining this natural way of making yoghourt.
